Who can refer a friend?
Anyone who is on a paid subscription with Stronger Today can refer friends using their unique referral link. 

How do I refer a friend?
At the end of any workout in the app, tap "Invite a friend on WhatsApp." It sends your friend a message with a link to their own 5-day free trial, tagged so we know it came from you.
 

What does my friend get?
A 5-day free trial of Stronger Today — no card details needed to start.

What do I get, and when? You get one week free, credited automatically to your account, as soon as your friend takes out their first paid month. There's nothing to claim — it just happens.
 

Is there a limit?
Yes — up to 15 referred friends, so up to 15 free weeks in total.
 

Does it count if my friend only does the free trial?
No — the reward is triggered when your friend becomes a paying member (their first paid month), not when they start a trial.
 

How is my free week applied?
As a credit on your account, automatically taken off your next payment. It doesn't move your billing date, just reduces what you're charged.
 

Can I refer someone who's already tried Stronger Today before?
No — the reward only applies to genuinely new members. Referring yourself, a second account, or someone who's already had a trial won't qualify.
 

Does my friend need to use my exact invite link?
Yes — the invite link from your "Invite a friend" button is what tells us it was your referral. A friend who signs up without it can't be attributed to you after the fact.
 

Terms

• One free week is credited per referred friend, on that friend's first paid month, up to a maximum of 15 referred friends per member.

• The referred friend must be a genuinely new Stronger Today member — self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and returning members re-using a previous trial don't qualify.

• Rewards are credited as account credit against future payments and have no cash value.

• Stronger Today may withhold or reverse a reward where referral abuse is suspected.

• Stronger Today may amend or end this referral program at any time; any free weeks already credited aren't affected.
